I found the staff very helpful. Their communication was fantastic. The room featured functioning air conditioning. Fast internet access was available. The beds and room were clean. Towels, shampoo, and soap were provided.

The room lacked a fridge, slightly inconvenient, as I had to consume perishables immediately.

Clean and Convenient Stay

The location was great! it was within walking distance to the city centre and the canals. There were many nice restaurants, bars and shops nearby. A tram stop was just around the corner and a cheap cafe downstairs was convenient for breakfast. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver.

The shower hose was broke and would fall off everytime i used it. I asked for fresh towels and was told i couldn't have them. The bins were dirty when i arrived and there was a strange smell coming from the drains.

The check-in counter had helpful staff similar to a normal hotel, always available. I appreciated that the staff was friendly and allowed for a later check-in time than advertised, it was very useful.

Great Stay for Young Travellers

I found the staff helpful and friendly. A self-service bar was available in the entrance hall. The gym offered good equipment and other nice facilities. It was like a small apartment perfect for a short stay. Big windows and a nice bathroom were included. The facilities were clean.

The room lacked some essentials when I arrived. I noticed the absence of towels and also toilet paper.
